PURPOSE: A device for tracking a location and controlling an apparatus using local wireless communication is provided to track an indoor user location by using local wireless communication functions mounted on a user terminal and an indoor electronic/electric apparatus, to supply present location information, and to automatically control the indoor electronic/electric apparatus by using personal preference information stored in the user terminal, so that a user can automatically control peripherals and transceive user information. CONSTITUTION: A local wireless communication terminal(21) transmits an ID through local wireless communication, and stores personal preference information for controlling apparatuses according to user preference, then transmits the information through the local wireless communication. An apparatus controller(27) recognizes the access of the local wireless communication terminal(21) to receive the ID through the local wireless communication, and authenticates the ID, then receives the personal preference information through the local wireless communication. The apparatus controller(27) controls the apparatuses according to the user preference. A location tracking block(33) receives the ID and identifiers of the corresponding apparatuses, and tracks a location of the local wireless communication terminal(21). |
