PREPARATION METHOD OF LIQUID FERTILIZER BASED ON DECOMPOSED LIQUID OF BLOOD MEAL

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a liquid fertilizer based on the decomposed liquid of the blood meal is provided, to obtain the fertilizer based on the decomposed liquid of protein with high quality by using the decomposed liquid of the blood meal. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of decomposing the blood meal with the alkaline protease enzyme which is the endopeptidase derived from Bacillus licheniformis such as Pescalase and Alcalase, microorganism or acids such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and oxalic acid, to prepare the decomposed liquid of the blood meal; preparing the additive mixture solution comprising 0.1% of EDTA, 0.2% of potassium sorbate and 1-10% of urea in 500 ml of the liquid fertilizer, to prevent the generation of the rotting or the precipitate due to the addition of the main components comprising a fertilizer; and mixing the decomposed liquid of the blood meal with the additive mixture solution in the ratio of 4:1 by volume. Preferably the microorganism used to decompose the blood meal is Bacillus sp. B71 strain.
