PURPOSE: Provided is a stacked type semiconductor device in which semiconductor integrated-circuit devices can be stacked effectively. CONSTITUTION: In the stacked type semiconductor device, a plurality of semiconductor integrated-circuit devices which contain semiconductor integrated-circuit chips(S1-S5) and which comprise respective specifications are stacked. At least three integrated-circuit devices are laminated according to the order of values of their specifications.
