PURPOSE: An automatic transmission with an electronic control unit is provided to connect the various electric parts in the automatic transmission and the position sensor and/or the electronic control unit intensively so that the space saving is realized and the workability is improved. CONSTITUTION: An automatic transmission with an electronic control unit comprises; an electronic control unit(1) having a transmission control module(2) assembled in a unit case(10) for controlling at least an automatic transmission; and first to fourth members(40,5,12,3) to be fitted such that the electronic control unit is mounted on an automatic transmission case(9), wherein: the first and second members(40,5) are directed in the same direction as the mounting direction, in which at least the electronic control unit is mounted on the automatic transmission case, and are inserted into the automatic transmission case; the third member(12) is fitted on the first member, and the fourth member(3) is fitted on the second member, and both are individually assembled in the unit case; and a redetermined clearance(S1) is formed at a predetermined portion on a mounting path between the automatic transmission case and the unit case. |
