PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical implement whose surface lubricating substances or the like (belonging to a kind of lubricating materials) are free from such problems as elimination, separation and/or elution from the surface material and whose lubricating effects last for a long period of time. SOLUTION: This lubricating medical implement is composed of a substrate, a vapor deposition polymerization film formed on the substrate and a hydrophilic polymer film fixed on the vapor deposition polymerization film.
