PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a running machine body to a desired attitude at a desired height position, eliminate possibilities that the durability of a fluid pressure cylinder and stability of the running machine body are impaired when the run ning machine body runs while it is lowered to the maximum extent, and simplify the work for assembling the running machine body and crawler devices. SOLUTION: A crawler type work vehicle is constituted such that the running machine body A is connected to each of right and left crawler devices B by a pair of front and rear oscillation links 13 and the running machine body is provided so as to be driven, lifted, and lowered freely for the crawler devices due to expansion and shrinkage operation by the fluid pressure cylinder of the oscillation link. At least either of the oscillation links is constituted by an oscillation link connecting a first arm connected to the running machine body with a second arm connected to the crawler device, the oscillation links are provided so as to be driven and oscillate freely and separately, and a shaft member 48 coming into contact with the running machine body from the vertical direction to transmit a load of the running machine body to the crawler devices when the running machine body is lowered to the maximum extent is extended and provided on a support shaft 41 supporting each oscillation link.
