PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly form a rocking chair or the like by mounting a third seat or the like which is removed from a vehicle. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a base part 1 which becomes a base to mount a seat (a seat for a vehicle) 5 removed from the vehicle, a support part 2 which supports the base part 1, and a joint part 3 which is provided on each frame 11 and 12 forming the base part 1 and plays a role to fix the seat 5 for a vehicle to the base part 1. The each frame 11 and 12 which forms the base part 1 is formed with a blocky metallic hollow pipe and a curved part 21 which forms a main part of the support part 2 is formed with a round- shaped metallic hollow pipe. The whole body is arranged so that the curved part 21 side of the support part 2 which has this kind of construction becomes a grounding surface and the seat 5 for a vehicle is mounted on a seat attachment, thus, the rocking chair is formed.
