PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which has a laminar flow generating nozzle and a turbulent flow generating nozzle and is constituted so that contaminants such as particles do not remain near the turbulent flow generating nozzle by restraining a vortex flow from occurring near the turbulent flow generating nozzle when a treating liquid is jetted from the laminar flow generating nozzle to make a laminar flow occur. SOLUTION: This cleaning device has a tank, a first nozzle, a flow straightening plate, a second nozzle and a block inside which the second nozzle is arranged and which is disposed in the upper part of the flow straightening plate near the wall part of the tank and has an opening part formed oppositely to the jetting port of the second nozzle, a recessed shape with respect to the subject to be cleaned and placed in the tank and a curved surface gently sloped from the wall part of the main body part of the tank to the lower opening part of the main body part of the tank.
