RAW WATER FILTER AND SUPPLIER OF WATER SOFTENER

PURPOSE: A raw water filter and supplier of water softener is provided, which can extend life of ion exchange resin by pre-filtration thus removing impurities and preventing formation of film on resin and prevent any channeling of the resin by spreading water evenly through trumpet tube. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises two twin vertical ion exchange cylinders(40) in which raw water inlet pipe(30) having trumpet tube is installed at the bottom to reach the top and ion exchange resin(50) is filled. Raw water fed through pre-filter(10) enter the bottom of the raw water inlet pipe(30), flow upward, spread upon the ion exchange resin(50) and flow downward through the ion exchange resin(50), then discharged through the discharge hose(72). The ball check(90) set inside under the trumpet tube can prevent any back flow during regeneration. The converting valves(120) can select hot or cold water.
