PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which uses the Internet for safe preservation of electronic information over a long time. SOLUTION: Information provided from a client is preserved in a server for information operation, and operating expenses paid by the client are managed by a server for expenses operation other than the server for information operation, and the server for information operation receives payment data of operating expenses from the server for expenses operation to operate information provided from the client.
