PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method where an abbreviation dial telephone number as well as the number of digits to be dialed are automatically discriminated with no load on a user, and a destination telephone number is accordingly edited, which is stored in an electric communication terminal. SOLUTION: A user inputs a telephone number stored in an abbreviation dial in the home page of a center. The center automatically discriminates the number of digits to be dialed and edits a destination telephone number accordingly, which is down-loaded to an electric communication terminal from the center.
