SOLUTION: A credit company 1 builds a profitable building on the part of a residual area obtained by subtracting the architectural total floor area necessary for a land owner 2 himself or herself to live in from a constructable volume specified by an architecture related regulation. Also, a building 6b is managed by a management company 3 entrusted by the credit company 1. The building 6b includes not only the architectural total floor area necessary for the land owner himself or herself to live in but also a margin space volume. The credit company 1 raises funds from investors 5a-5c in a market 5 concerning a part equivalent to margin space volume in the building 6b, and the investors 5a-5c have rights over the part equivalent to the margin space volume of the building 6b.
