PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to consult about his health, without having to visit a medical institution. SOLUTION: At least personal information and medical examination information of the person, who consults about his health are transmitted from a consultation terminal 20 having a reader/writer 21 for reading these pieces of information from a PHD card 40 which is a portable recording medium where his personal information, medical examination information, and ID information are recorded, to an adviser terminal 30 which is connected with the consultation terminal 20 through a communication channel 10. A physician or a counselor on the side of the adviser terminal 30 transmits advice to his health consultation from the adviser terminal 30 to the consultation terminal 20, on the basis of these pieces of information.
