SOLUTION: In this order giving/receiving processing method and this order giving/receiving processing system, a server 1 executes commodity control and stock control between clients executing order giving and order reception, and an order is received temporarily by access from an order giving side client 4a, and order reception is converted into data for an order receiving side client and delivered by access from an order receiving side client 4b, and thereby an order receiving side enterprise is not required to erect individually a Web site, and the order is converted into data for the order receiving side enterprise by the server, to thereby enable to take easily the order reception data into a back office. |
