PURPOSE: A form system is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing the use of materials and the number of coupling components and to improve work efficiency by simplify an assembling process. CONSTITUTION: The form system comprises: a vertical support(13) installed on a horizontal support(12) at regular intervals; a bracket(41) folded to adhere one side closely to the inside of the vertical support(13) and the other side to the outside of a flat board(11), and provided with a pin hole(411) and an insertion hole(412) corresponding to an insertion hole(111) of the flat board(11) to be attached to the inside of the vertical support(13) and the flat board(11); a connection member containing an outer connection piece(422) extended to the front of a body(421) and provided with a pin hole(422a) bored longitudinally, a cutting part cutting downward on the boundary of the outer connection piece(422) and the body(421), an inner connection piece(423) and a cutting part formed on the rear of the body(421); and washers(43)(43') interposed into the outer connection piece(422) and the inner connection piece(423) to be suspended over the front of the cutting part.
