The invention relates to a wind installation which converts the wind energy in mechanical and/or electric energy and is provided with some swinging blades, located on one or more levels. According to the invention, the installation comprises some blades (A) attached to a central hollow shaft (1) by means of some eye bearings (5) and some bolts, each blade (A) having some ears (11), whereto a short cable (12) is attached, each of the cables (12) being connected with each of the slides (16), driven by a connection cable (17) joining the slides (16) to one another along the vertical plane, the lower slide being connected with a long cable (18) wound on a drum (19), driven manually or automatically.
