PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for manufacturing ascon are provided to eliminate the use of a separate dust removal filter, to reduce the cost of equipment, and to generate high efficiency heat. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing ascon comprises a hopper(8,9,10,11) into which sand and gravel are thrown by using an elevator; a dust device formed over the hopper; a screw conveyor(7) formed under the hopper to transfer the thrown sand and gravel to a vacuum passage(6) formed under the one side of the hopper; a spare passage(5) disposed diagonally under the vacuum passage; a hydrogen divider(1) as a heat source; a mixing and heating duct(2); a heat duct(4) for preheating a mixing furnace; a material discharge port(30); a dust removal screw(12); a dust removal filter(13,14,15,16); a vacuum circulating pipe(17) connected to a vacuum pump(26); a dust transfer pipe(23), and a support(20). |
