AUTOMATIC DRAWING MACHINE FOR BEAD IN WASTE TIRES

摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic drawing machine for beads in waste tires which automatically draws the beads from the waste tires and exhausts the tires without the beads so that it promotes recycling of the waste tires. CONSTITUTION: In the automatic drawing machine for the beads in the waste tires which consists of a separation plate(24, 25) which is placed at both sides in the center of the tire with forming a large entrance for passing a hook and a small entrance for drawing the beads; and a hook which is assembled in an intermittent rotation body with a decelerate motor(21, 22) assembled, the automatic drawing machine for beads in waste tires is characterized by passing the hook through the large entrance of the separation plate to tear side of the tires and force the beads to draw.
