PURPOSE: A method for transmitting data in a pyramid dispersion way and a device thereof are provided to efficiently transmit the data of a server system to a plurality of clients by transmitting the data in the pyramid dispersion way so as to make the clients connecting to the server system configure a socket connection in a hierarchical structure. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of make a plurality of clients connecting to a server system download and install a specific program(S10), making a table by matching each IPA(Internet Protocol Address) of clients to the checked line state(S12), arranging the connected client computer in a hierarchical structure according to the goodness of the line state stored in the table, and transmitting the IPA of the just upper level computer transmitting the data to be received to the client computer. The program makes the client computer request a data transmission to the upper level computer having the received IPA, receive the data transmitted from the upper level computer and transmit the data to the lower level computer receiving the data from the client computer.
