PURPOSE: A system for designing and managing the construction using the Internet is provided to conveniently manage architectural design, order placement and reception, and construction and to obtain a high quality result of construction at a low cost by promoting a construction business through an auction or reverse auction. CONSTITUTION: The client receives a portal construction web page from a web server through the Internet. The client selects one among an architectural design mode, a construction order reception and placement mode, and a construction mode. The client orders a design by inputting conditions of a design, inputting sources of a model, or searching a model. The client places an order by inviting the public to join the auction for construction or searching specific order receivers. When an order reception mode is selected, the receiver presents order receiving conditions to the client or the client presents an order receiving condition. The client selects a construction company by inviting the public to joint the auction or searching construction companies. A building or a model stored as a two-dimensional or three-dimensional image in a database is displayed when a respective mode is run.
