PURPOSE: A luminous ornament using a transparent body is provided to achieve an ornament such as a hair band, a brooch, and so on capable of emitting light by virtue of a lamp installed inside the ornament. CONSTITUTION: In the conventional ornament attached with plural precious stones(3), a body(1) made of transparent material is formed with a recess on the outer surface thereof for receiving the precious stone, a reflective plate is stacked on the bottom of the body, and again an outer shell(5) is stacked on the reflective plate to form a hair band(H). The ornament is constructed so that light emitted from a luminous member(R) mounted in the body is transmitted to the precious stones.
