PURPOSE: Tar accumulated in an evaporator body is removed easily by a tar removing device, and gas leakage after the tar removing is also prevented. CONSTITUTION: An opening hole(121) is formed on one side of an opening valve(120). The opening hole(121) opens/closes a discharge hole(111) of a drain cork(110) which is formed on a lower part of an evaporator body(100). A rotation plate(140) rotates the opening valve(120) in one or the other direction, thereby opening/closing the discharge hole(111). A lower part of a wire(130) is connected with the rotation plate(140), and an upper part of the wire(130) is connected with an operating device(160). A guide hole(151) through which the wire(130) moves up and down is formed on one side of a wire protecting pipe(150).
