PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique imparting stain-proofing properties to the counter panel of a bathroom or a toilet unit. SOLUTION: Stain-proofing properties are applied to the counter panel of a bathroom or a toilet unit by forming a gel coat layer, wherein modified silicone oil containing a double bond in its molecule is compounded with a base resin containing a double bond in its molecule, to at least the top surface thereof.
