PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional, quick-drying, and lightweight scrubbing brush having a refined design by forming a net body composed of a netlike object as a scrubbing brush body and providing a cloth material such as a mesh having an adequate width and a scrubbing brush raw material formed as cloth for removing dirt over an outer peripheral part like a collar at an opening fringe of the net body forming a point to form a peripheral fringe washing and polishing material so as to assist a section making it impossible to remove dirt in the net body. SOLUTION: The net body composed of the netlike object is formed like a dome, the peripheral fringe washing and polishing material is formed in a peripheral fringe part, and the scrubbing brush raw material and the cloth material formed as an object for removing dirt are mounted at the opening fringe of the formed net body to constitute the scrubbing brush.
