The base end part of an actuator 22 is supported on the bottom surface 20A of the housing part 20 of the frame member 10 and the part corresponding to the nozzle group area A of the structure 14 for the liquid is vibrated at the leading end part of the actuator. The mass on the side of the support part of the part on the bottom surface side in the frame member 10 receiving the vibration of the base end part of the actuator 22 is set to 50 times or more with respect to the mass on the side of the movable side related to the nozzle group area A being the object vibrated by the leading end part of the actuator 22 and the actuator 22 is driven by high frequency to reduce the atomizing particle size of the ejected liquid.
