PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow requirement to be offered from the purchaser side to the seller side, and provide an exact condition from a seller by obtaining a need of a purchaser. SOLUTION: The distributor side registers sales information including a condition for selling a commodity and/or service in a sales information registering means, the registering means is retrieved from a terminal on the purchaser side based on an offer, offer information from the purchaser's terminal is registered in an offer information registering means when the sales information matching to an offered condition does not exist or when not agreed to purchase, the offered information registering means is constituted to be referred by the distributor based on search requirement from the distributor, the distributor is thereby able to register the sales information having the sales condition matched to the need of the purchaser in the sales information registering means, and the purchaser is easy to purchase the commodity and/or the service in a favorable condition. |
