PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reset circuit of a semiconductor circuit, capable of surely resetting a plurality of circuits to be reset of the semiconductor circuit, even when noise signal having a narrow pulse width, such as a surge or the like, is input to the resetting circuit. SOLUTION: The reset circuit of the semiconductor circuit comprises a reset signal control circuit 120 for controlling the timing of inactivating reset command signals s120 for resetting a plurality of circuits 141 to 143 to be reset in the semiconductor circuit. Thus, when the circuits to be reset are reset, the reset circuits output reset completion signals s141 to s143 to the signal control circuit 120, which in turn, inactivates the command signals s120, when all the completion signals s141 to s143 have been activated.
