PURPOSE: An operation and marketing of 3 dimensional shopping mall on internet service is provided to offer various information about a region while operating a 3 dimensional shopping mall using vrml and html. CONSTITUTION: The customer connects to the site of the shopping mall via internet(S1, S2). The customer is asked to select the type of screen which the customer wants to use(S3). If the customer selects the 3 dimensional screen, the customer is asked to install the VRML browser(S4). After the installation of the VRML browser, the customer can use the 3 dimensional shopping mall(S5). The customer chooses to buy an item in the shopping mall(S6), enters the description of the item into the ordering program(S7).
