PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building management system which computes the overtime hours of charging information on the air-conditioning overtime operation of an office building and manages its time history information through automatic storing. SOLUTION: The building management system 10 includes a schedule function part 1, a time history information management part 2, an interlocking control part 3, an operator operation part 6, and a received message output part 8; and an air-conditioning time change application from an air-conditioning reservation terminal of each client is received and displayed at the received message output part 8 and a schedule and tenant entry/exit signal 11 from the schedule function part 1 is inputted to the interlocking control part 3 connected to an air-conditioner 1. A charging system(BMS) 7 is also connected to the time history information management part 2 of the building management system 10 and charges respective tenants according to the actual operation time of the air-conditioner 5. |
