PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly execute processing for simultaneously for dealing with both a digital signal obtained by digitizing an image signal and a digital signal generated by image processing, using a simple structure, in an image signal processor for picking up the image of a field to generate the image signal and executing the image processing and the digitalization of the image signal. SOLUTION: This processor comprises an image pickup part generating the analog image signal; an signal conversion part for converting the analog image signal into an n-bit digital signal; an image processing part for executing the predetermined image processing to the n-bit digital signal, and generating an m-bit digital signal, showing a result of the image processing in pixel units; a record part for storing the n-bit digital signal and the m-bit digital signal as (n+m) pieces of bit strings in pixel units; and a single bus, comprising at least (n+m) pieces of signal lines, transmitting the digital signals corresponding to the (n+m) pieces of bit strings stored in the record part.
