PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a purchaser to surely transfer money for payment to a seller by means of a simple operation. SOLUTION: After a trade is temporarily made between the purchaser 12 and the seller 13, the purchaser 12 uses an IC card 20 for transferring money through an ATM 42 of an affiliated bank 14. In this process, when the data of the IC card 20 are read by means of the ATM 42, retrieval is carried out in a host computer 40 in the bank according to the data, and trade information between the purchase 12 and the seller 13 transmitted from the seller side to the bank side host computer 40 after temporarily-made trade so as to be stored as a transfer schedule data is retrieved so as to be displayed on the ATM 42. The purchaser 12 observes this display so as to check the trade contents. According to a signal of this check, transfer is carried out. |
