PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new macrophage preparation having a large production amount of cytokinin. SOLUTION: This cell preparation comprises a macrophage as a main component which is obtained by differentiating a mononucleosis derived from a human cord blood and, if necessary, subjecting the differentiated mononucleosis to a cell activation treatment and has a high cytokinin content. The preparation is extremely rich in production amount of various kinds of cytokinins and can be used for treating tissue damages such as sore pressure, etc., infectious diseases and cancers more effectively than a periphery blood-derived macrophage.
