PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine capable of treating many diseases, e.g. atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, unstable angina and thrombosis by specifically inhibiting PAR(protease-activated receptor)-inductive cell activities because the cell-activating phenomena induced by the PAR cause these many diseases. SOLUTION: This medicine for irihibiting the PAR-inductive cell activities is a compound represented by general formula (I) [wherein, Ar1 to Ar3 are each independently a phenyl group, a thienyl group, a furyl group or a pyrrolyl group; R1 to R6 are each independently hydrogen, a halogen,-R,-C(=O)OH,-C(=O) OR,-C(=O)SH,-C(=O)SR,-C(=O)NRR',-C(=O)NHR',-C(=O)NH2,-ROH,-ROR',- NRR',-NHR,-NH2,-RNR'R",-RNHR',-RNH2,-RSR',-RSH,-OR,-OH,-SR or -SH; pairs of R1 and R2, R3 and R4, and R5 and R6 may form each independently- ORO-; R, R' and R" are each an alkyl group; and (n) is 1-3].
