PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for a tunable eating table, which can manage various pieces of data by associating food with dishes such as plates on which the food is placed and with the price of each kind of the food and also perform freshness management for each food. SOLUTION: This system is provided with machine readable ID information attached to the dishes, a reading means for reading the ID information, a voice recognizing means for reading food type information by voice, a storing means where the classification information of each food and price information registered while corresponded to each type information are previously stored, a controlling means for associating the ID information read by the reading means with the food classification information read by the voice recognizing means and storing those pieces of the information while further including time information, and a displaying means for displaying the information stored in the storing means.
