PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibrations at a resonance and an operation of steady-state rotation. SOLUTION: A vibration isolation leg device 7 is provided with a rubber leg member 10 for supporting a washer main body 1 and a skirted and protrusive member 9 surrounding the periphery of the leg member 10. A gap G is provided between the leg member 10 and the protrusive member 9 for the leg member 10 and the protrusive member 9 being brought into contact with each other at transverse vibrations of the main body 1. A distance S in a vertical direction between the bottom of the protrusive member 9 and that of the leg member 10 is a shrinking length of the leg member 10 or larger at a maximum load in the washing machine.
