PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic field luminous element which has a good luminous brilliance. SOLUTION: At least a layer including at least one compound expressed with equation (1) is pinched between a pair of electrodes. In the equation, R1 to R8 represent a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, a straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkyl group, a straight-chain, branched or cyclic alkoxy group, aryl group, aryloxy group or substituted or non-substituted amino group. Further, adjacent groups selected from R1 and R2, R2 and R3, R3 and R4, R5 and R6, R6 and R7, R7 and R8 may form, together with carbon atoms bonded and substituted with each other, a carbocyclic aliphatic ring, carbocyclic aromatic ring or heterocyclic aromatic ring.
