PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that can make a fuse configuration correspond easily regardless of the number of layer whereupon the topmost layer wiring of a system LSI product is provided. SOLUTION: This device, in which a plurality of fuses, each consisting of a different wiring layer, are arranged hierarchically, comprises fuse selective circuits 7L, 7R for connecting these fuses to internal circuit nodes selectively, a logic signal generating circuit 3 for controlling the fuse selective circuits 7L, 7R, and a control signal generating circuit 1 for controlling the logic signal generating circuit 3. In addition, the logic of control signals 2 generated from the control signal generating circuit 1 is determined by means of a mask application step of a manufacturing process and is automatically generated at supplying of power to the product by means of a power-on reset signal.
