System for dispersion of nutrient wastes to cultivated plants, dilutes raw waste to freely-flowing consistency and closely controls distribution to roots

Free-flowing consistency of the organic dispersion is adjusted to given value. The diluted dispersion is distributed (11,16,17,19) in the immediate proximity of the plants, preferably close to their roots. Distribution is finely controlled in terms of volume per unit area. A small, controlled throughput is employed.
