The invention relates to a method for marking and detecting chemical substances, which bind specifically to a receptor. The sequence of a DNA-, RNA- or PNA-oligomer single strand is used as a clear molecule marking applied to the respective receptor. After separating the complexes of a chemical substance and the nucleic acid oligomer receptor unit, the nucleic acid oligomer component is identified as opposed to the chemical substance and quantified.
