MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NYLON-6 BULKY YARN

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nylon-6 bulky yarn(bulked continuous filament) is provided. The bulked continuous filaments have uniform inner structure, uniform dyeing property and high marketability. CONSTITUTION: Bulked continuous filaments are obtained by the steps of: cooling nylon-6 yarn group in a quench chamber(2) having a length of at least 1.8m; drawing by two steps with a first godet roller(4) and a second godet roller(5) to get 1.5-2.5 of a first drawn ratio and to get 1.5-2.5 of a second drawn ratio; false-twisting with a texturing jet(6); heat setting with a third godet roller(9) at 120-190deg.C; and then winding around a winding device(10).
