PURPOSE: Structure for decreasing noise of a cooling fan is provided to reduce noise and vibration generated in rotating the cooling fan by forming a vibroisolating rubber on a middle portion of an impeller of the cooling fan. CONSTITUTION: Structure for reducing noise in a cooling fan comprises a rotational shaft(31) installed on a driving motor(30); a shaft receiving unit(21) mounting the rotational shaft of the driving motor by being mounted on a cooling fan(20); a lib(24) radially formed on an outer circumference of the shaft receiving unit; a circular hub(23) supported by the lib; an impeller(22) integrally formed on a circumference of the hub; and a vibroisolating rubber(25) absorbing vibration generated in rotating the impeller by being mounted on a middle portion of the impeller. Thereby, the structure for reducing the noise in the cooling fan minimizes noise and vibration generated in rotating the cooling fan by forming the vibroisolating rubber on the middle portion of the impeller.
