PURPOSE: A health auxiliary food containing safflower seed(Carthami Flos) powder as a main material, barley flour, Trichosanthis Radix and Bombycis corpus is provided which has extended storage stability without destruction of efficacy. CONSTITUTION: Safflower seed is roasted at 140 to 150deg.C for about 90 min and blended with barley flour in a ratio of 80:20 after grinding. The finely divided powder of the safflower seed is blended with barley flour, Trichosanthis Radix and Bombycis corpus in a ratio of 70:20:7:3 respectively. |
