<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a master batch pigment and a method for manufacturing the master batch, which can realize both of improvement in coloring degree and transparency and electrification stability in a high-temperature environment and to provide a toner which uses the master batch pigment. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the toner using a process of master batch kneading to disperse a pigment in resin, a dry powder pigment is used as the pigment, water is added in the process of mixing the dry powder pigment with the binder resin, then the mixture is heated and kneaded, to remove the water added in the mixing process so as to obtain 0.01 to 1.0% for weight reduction with drying at 110 deg.C, after kneading.</p> |
