The roof is supported by corner columns (1) and end crossbeam matrices (2). The roof panels are contained in lightweight frames (3, 4). The outer edges (5, 6) of the frames are hinged on horizontal rods. The inner edges of the frames are linked to coupling rods (8, 9). The other ends of the coupling rods are linked to a single horizontal operating rod (3). When the single rod is moved horizontally, the rods force the panels up and out.
