PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic commercial transaction system, capable of store opening and store remodeling an on-line shop for personally combining and selecting desired categories, in a short term without purchase risk over a network. SOLUTION: In this system, an on-line shop member uses a communication terminal equipment via the network 1, logs at to a center 300, and uploads commerce material information and shop data display goods information from among the data bases to a server of the on-line shop member according to a program of a control part to open an on-line shop and manages, and the processing is managed centrally by the center 300. A commerce material providing member 700 can insert own registered commerce material with priority, and eliminate competition with the same commerce material registered by some other company sequentially on-line shop of the center. |
