PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding string rolled-up bundle without a core. SOLUTION: This binding string rolled-up bundle is formed by taking up the string onto a shaft 1 of a winder, and then reducing the diameter of the shaft to take out only the rolled-up bundle 3 from the shaft to provide a rolled-up bundle formed only by the binding string 2. At least a starting first layer is preferably breaded by utilizing a winding start end.
