PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging method to fill powder and granular material into a bag by using gravity and to package the material in the bag intensively, for instance. SOLUTION: The bottom 13 of packaging body 10 is folded up by an only designated width, and powder and granular material 14 is filled into volumetic restricted space 16 on the fold line, and at the same time air is evacuated from the bag. (A vacuum form is created in the bag). Since in filling the powder and granular material, it does not fall down out of the fold line, at least, the powder and granular material 14 is packed in the center of the bag intensively.
