PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for controlling a messy makeup which cannot be solved only by conventional silicone treated powder and perfluoro treated powder. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation such as a cosmetic comprises [1] titanium dioxide coated with (1) aluminum oxide and (2) one or more kinds selected from silicic anhydride, a methylsiloxane network polymer and a crosslinking type methylpolysiloxane and [2] water-repellent treated powder.
