The compound 3-(5-methylisoxazol-3-yl)-6-(1-methyl-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methyloxy-1,2 ,4-triazolo[3,4-a]phthalazine is described. A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound described above is also described. The compound described above is useful for the enhancement of cognition.
