PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking facilities lease system for which a calculation reference is clear by calculating the monthly charge of parking facilities based on the various kinds of costs including a periodical maintenance cost. SOLUTION: In this parking facilities lease system, a part of a multiple dwelling house construction site or the like is borrowed for a parking facilities construction site, the parking facilities where plural vehicles can be simultaneously parked are constructed there and parking utilization charges are collected from the users. At the time of constructing the parking facilities on a borrowed site, a general money amount including at least the construction cost of the parking facilities, a land borrowing cost during the redemption period of the parking facilities and the maintenance and management cost of the parking facilities during the redemption period is calculated and the monthly utilization charges for the respective users are calculated by dividing the general money amount by the number of the users and the redemption period. When the monthly utilization charge is the money amount equal to or less than the monthly utilization charge in the neighborhood, the parking facilities are constructed and the monthly utilization charges are collected from the users.
